Color Of The Year

I thought it would be befitting that one of the first posts this year should be about the color of the year for 2013 forcasted by Pantone. And the winner is...Emerald Green! I couldn't be happier because this is one of my most favorite colors, although it's not always the easiest to decorate with because fabric selection in this color always seems to be very limited. So, I'm hoping that fabric companies are paying attention and adding this color to their spring collections. Typically, this color is mostly used as an accent so I'm excited to see the attention it will get and if we'll see more of it as the main focus.
