How To Arrange Pictures

A great way to add interest to a room is to have a wall of pictures. A project like this does take time and a lot of patience so it's certainly not for those who think they can just eye ball it. This route will only lead to many unnecessary nail holes in your walls, believe me, I know from experience. I found this diagram of picture arrangements which I thought was very helpful to get one started. Tip #1 - use frames of different sizes and material to create an interesting layout. Tip #2 - do a mock up first by cutting the actual sizes of the frames out of brown kraft paper and taping them to the wall. This way you can see how you like the overall placement.
