Deep Royal Blues

Being an Interior Designer near the coast I use the color blue in my fabric schemes a lot, and by a lot, I would say about 85% of the time. It's just what everybody around here wants and I get it. When you live near the water, you can't help but want to carry the beautiful color from the outside into your home. Blue is classic, nautical, and soothing.

So, that being said, I'm always looking for new ways to incorporate blue into a room. Besides with fabrics, another element is with paint. Typically I use light shades of blue that range from gray blue to robins egg blue, so when I came across these photos of rooms painted in deep royal blue I was truly inspired. What do you think?
